Been chewing gum for around a month or two and I feel as if my jaw has more definition, I guess its also down to facial aesthetics but I feel alot better

plus its proven to give you a better jaw

Is there such thing as restless jaw syndrome? If I don't have access to gum I end up chewing on my tongue or cheeks. Grade school was a nightmare because of the no gum policy.

Kinda this though. You know how smoking gives you somethinh to do without doing anything. Gum has a similar effect. You're doing your thing. Gum is cooler than smoking I guess is what I'm trying to say.
