Havent seen an increase in strenght nor size in my biceps lately. I make sure to eat a lot and i see progression in my other muscle groups but not biceps.
This is what I do about 2 times a week
4 sets curls
4 sets hammer curls
4 sets reverse curls

how many reps per set? I go 4x10-12 preacher and 3x10-12 hammer 2 times a week and mine are coming along awesome

I try to stay in the 8-12 range usually 8 reps

Ramp it up go 10-12
Try db incline curls too
