great for getting big calves
also don't have to go outside
30+ minutes is a must

I've looked it up and just bought a jumprope. Seems to be pretty fucking good if you've got your technique and rhytm tight.

I heard that suspended wood flooring like a basketball court is the best but I do it on those interlocking foam tiles.
