So the gf and I are long distance for the moment but she's visiting in late march. I was looking at some old pictures of her and she is not as svelte as she used to be. How can I encourage her to at least do some calisthenics at home and eat right? It'd be easier if we were living together but i'm struggling to find a way to bring up the topic without being a dick about it.

It doesnt help that my roommates bring home 9/10s almost every weekend and i feel like im going to be embarrassed when she comes to visit. stupid i know, but it bothers me.

my girl could be a lot more attractive with just some simple exercise but shes very comfortable in our 4 year relationship. what do?

shes otherwise perfect. this is a small gripe, not exactly something worth dumping her for.

and shes not lazy, she just allocates her efforts into her job/school instead of her body
