How do I get white teeth?
I have everything else mattered

This shit makes me want to kill myself. I am going to a walk in clinic tomorrow. My meds give me really dry mouth and I try to help, but my teeth are just exploding with rot. Gonna need 11 fillings and I don't have insurance.

If your teeth are in good health, calcium levels are good and you don't drink soda, there are plenty of abrasive gels and substances available over the counter that whiten your teeth.

You could use baking soda and just a drop of lemon juice to as a home made remedy, use it once a week max.

I think he meant that if your teeth are missing that membrane in some parts of your teeth which protects your teeth, (I don't know the English name for it, help me out here) then those solutions might just cause harm.
