For Stronglifts it's 2.5 lbs to each side, EXCEPT for the deadlifts. For the deadlifts you add 5 lbs to each side until the first time you have to deload your deadlift weight due to failure, then it also becomes 2.5 lbs to each side.

If you use 2.5 lb plates unironically then we just cant be friends.
