>ITT ONLY people who used to be fat post their progress and we judge them, this is not a CBT
I need to see and hear some success stories so I can really apply myself to a cut - I can't bring myself to stop maintenance eating because I'm deathly afraid of loose skin.
don't let me down /fat/ties now's your time to brag
Haven't personally used it but I've heard there is plenty of oils/lotions to use on your skin to help with stretch marks/loose skin. Lookup shit for pregnant women, same concept.

>Sleep apnoea, shit sleep
>Acid reflux all day erry day
>Chub rub from walking short distances
>DOMS from walking a mile up a hill
>Stairs made me short of breath
205 and 4 months lifting 2/3 times a week, some diet changes
>Sleep apnoea gone
>Acid reflux only if I eat/ drink like shit
>Chub rub greatly reduced
>Jogged a mile no stop... With only lifting I went from unable to run at all to this
You want the real secret to making it since I tried and failed two different past new years?
No excuses.
>I didn't get any sleep last night
Hit gym anyway, make that healthy food pick
>I have a cold
Go anyway
>I'll just skip today, next week I'll go
Quit lying to yourself don't skip
The people who make it isn't because they got motivated and went to the gym, it's because they went on the day they had no sleep, their car got towed, and their friends wanted to hang out but they made time to lift anyway.
Quit reading this post, get to the gym now RRRRREEEEE

Was about 300 lbs a year ago. Im now 200lbs and am 20yo now. 6'1". I lost weight almost only through eating different, but recently (like 1 month ago) started doing BW exercises + dumbbell exercises. I feel better, but im still a little fat, belly isn't hanging at all so far. Im pretty committed right now and Im pretty confident im gonna make it (in hindsight, the past year was really nothing difficult for me desu senpai). Strength-wise I made good progress I think (1 Month, same weight, from 0 to 5RM pullups a set and a few other things).

I started around E2 6 years ago, got to around B1 with pure cardio and circuit training and eating only fruit smoothies and stir fried veggies, about 1200 kale a day for 6 months. Maintained that for 4 years because I didn't feel like strength training and I liked the weight class I competed at in BJJ.
I started the startbodyweight.com routine last November, and in October joined a gym and am doing a body weight/strength training hybrid routine.
Pic related is now, 5'9 and 160lbs.
