How much does money matter when trying to get fit? I live alone, work as a bartender, and go to school. I usually only have 3 days avaliable to work out and for about 3-4 hours during those days. I don't have a lot of money to spend and I was thinking, will this affect me in any way? If I want to get fit do I have to go on a strict diet of some kind where I have to buy only specific kinds of food? Please help

Last year, I made about $8 an hour working 50 hours a week. I payed for my $30 a month membership to the local rec center and lived off the shitty chicken at Walmart (like $0.70 a pound), protein powder, and steamed veggies. I was getting about 200 grams of protein a day for about $6.

my expenditures are as follows:
Gym membership:15$/mo
Food: 350-400$/mo
Supps: 50$/mo
I work out at a small gym and got a deal for a year so that's why my memby is so low but I eat like a horse and 400$ is typically more than enough. I get a tub of protons every other months for just under 100$ and some creatine is bulk that lasts for a few months for ~40$
When I bartended in school I would make almost 300 bones a weekend cash. If you're smart you should have plenty of money left over.

Time more than money, really.
Healthy foods are cheaper than you think, just don't be a fucking retard and buy a million spices and fancy shit you'll use once and give up because it's too much work
Stir fry is a pretty good, pretty cheap way to get those gains. Throw in what meat you want, what veggies you want, some sauce, serve on or next to rice. EZ.
