I'm looking for a beverage that will give me energy. Ideally it would have zero sugar and zero calories--that's ultra important, actually. Also, I'd prefer that it be fortified with B vitamins. Wouldn't mind some taurine too. Anybody know of anything that fits these criteria? Thanks.

Maybe you should stop eating so much shit, get enough sleep and exercise and you won't be tired
You think your ancestors had trouble with fatigue walking 20 miles a day through forests and shit?

Just don't be surprised when those zero calorie energy drinks to cover up your poor health bites you in the ass later.

do cardio, 20-30 min 3 times a week. If you're eating healthy and exercising you will sleep well and have high energy levels all day without needing drugs.

Water. You'd be surprised at how much fatigue is related to just being mildly dehydrated.

Is water fortified with B vitamins?
