Yeah, don't point your feet out and keep your back straight. This isn't difficult, just start with light weights.

no you are shit. I'm 6'3. Given that you need to go lower just means more gains.
That's one reason everyone sucks at deadlifting because they really need to just squat lower

Deadlifts aren't even hard if you are tall I don't know why you would think they are
Squats just focus on keeping your knees back and don't put your weight forward
Start at a lighter weight and focus on form. Then gradually increase weight.
6'7" here. The one thing that really helped my form was to think of a sqaut as basically a giant pelvic thrust in slow motion. Focus on the movement of your hips, and the rest of your body will pretty much just fall into place automatically
