Who else mainly does upper body in a non broscience way?
My legs are already pretty thick to the point that my pant legs are fairly tight, so instead of doing PPL I do PPT (Push Pull Treadmill). Get legs and cardio 2 in 1 = efficient.
Does anyone else do this? My chest, arms and shoulders are getting pretty good, and due to my current leg development I don't look out of proportion.

I squat 4 times a week on a FB routine. Although I have done body-part splits in the past I didn't really find them enjoyable.

my pants used to be tight as hell when i was on SL. stopped squatting for a bit and now they fit again
im pretty much going to be only deadlifting for legs at low reps so i can wear my jeans without feeling like a piece of shit
I skip leg day every so often. My legs are pretty decent already, to the point that jeans are too tight yet loose at the waist. And im luckily blessed with calf genetics so i never feel worried about half assing legs.

lucky motherfucker. my calves look like shit no matter how much i work legs. no matter how big my thighs get my calves will always be laughably small

I don't do legs because I have a bunch of expensive skinny jeans and I don't want to ditch them. I walk a lot everyday and I have a physical part time job so I think they can manage
My left median meniscus is broken. I need to get a surgery + rehab. I actually love my leg day.
