Anyone here got any experience with using cardarine for cutting?
How much did you use per day?
How long did you run it for and how much did your weight and bf% change in that time?
Did you run it alongside anything else?
Not that brand but yes, take 2 with a meal before training, endurance goes up high. Reps increase. It's more valuable in sprinting type activities.

Did you notice a decrease in bodyfat?
>works with or without exercise
The sound you just heard were thousands of hambeasts frolicking in unison.
Enjoy your cancer.

mice getting 2g a day for 24 months having an increased risk of cancer doesn't really worry me as a human planning on taking 20mg a day for 8 weeks
Tried it twice over the last few years. Amazing endurance gains with cardio activity.

Yes, but I was going to the gym twice a day, 5 days a week, cardio in the morning, resistance in the evening, and actively reducing calories.
if you take it and don't exercise, you're wasting your money.

Yes. But you fill it in if you eat too much food. Not a miracle pill like clenbuterol is.

I'm already doing IF on a 750 calorie deficit and lifting 3 days on 1 off I just want to speed this cut up and minimise muscle loss
I've been interested in this stuff for a while now, and I understand the flawed methodology behind the cancer scare.
But are the results worth this supposed risk? Seems like it would be a good PED for fat loss

Sounds like you need ostarine then.

The risk is, a tiny mouse was given grams of it, and it's cancer RISK increased. Us humans that weigh at least 170 lbs only consume 20 mg at most is not comparable. They just have to (by law) tell you about their study.

I understand the difference in dosages
How effective is this for fatloss compare to just running a deficit alone?

Makes your muscles hungrier for food. You burn the food rather than store it.
