1 year of on and off lifting.

Most of these results are from a 3 month SS fatbulk (thanks assholes) and a long, shitty cut. Right now I just do startbodyweight in my house and don't worry too much about the diet (other than eating clean) since I really only work out for mental/physical health anyway - I've had a gf for 3 years and don't really need to impress anyone.

Oddly enough this is probably the best I've ever looked. Should I cut down this last 10 lbs or so or should I try to lean bulk? I've never bulked with calisthenics and I'm a little nervous about getting fat again. I might also just stay where I'm at 2bh; I still look way better than all my friends lmao

does bulk mean to eat more calories in your recommended value, and cut meaning the complete opposite?

Or does it also involve your protein intake?

How I understand it is if you want to bulk, you eat a gram of protein for every pound of the shit being you are, and eat 200 calories overyour recommended calorie intake, and if you want to cut, you do 200 calories under, but the same grams of protein every day no matter what.

Am I right or wrong?
