i tried joylent (european soylent) for 3 months. anecdotally it really fucked with my digestive system. the first few days more so than later, but it never stopped completely. i liked that cooking took 0 time but my stomach couldn't handle it.

Just make your own with almond milk(13cals per 100ml), casein protein(because it's so thick) and maybe some yogurt.
As long as you have a fridge at work then this is 100x better than wasting your money on bullshit.
