How do I avoid soreness after workout? Like, I get it, soreness means your muscle tissue ripped and will grow back bigger. But how can I minimize the effects I feel so that I can do more than one big workout per day, hence maximizing my results ?
Keep on training. DOMS will decrease as you've been working out for a longer period.

Unless you're on PEDs, that's not how it works.

What's the max I should go daily, then? I don't want to waste a second but I don't want to go overboard either.

Well let's see, more than one is too much, and less than one is not enough... hmm...
Considering you're still complaining about soreness, I'm guessing you've just gotten into it. And the fact that you are so enthusiastic about it that you want to go multiple times a day indicates this further.
Your upper body ideally should have 48 hours between intense training sessions. Your lower body, however, recovers much more quickly, and could be done every other day if you feel so inclined.

Just take beta-alanine.
It allows you to workout nonstop without the burn from lactic acid.
Also if you take some Adderall you will become like Arnold.
Eat more protein and hail chthulhu

You really, really don't get it

From what everyone can deduce from your post, you've gone to the gym no more than once or twice. How about you stop whining and keep at it for few months. The soreness goes away after a week and you don't get it anymore.

Depends whether you mean DOMS or soreness from shitty form or whatever else.
For DOMS simply lift less weight for higher volume or switch to a split or take steroids or any other number of tweaks.
For other pain/soreness check and fix your form and lift properly.
