What is the fastest way to get that muscle definition there?
I can go ham on the stairmaster and hiking uphill if it matters. Also I already have skinny legs but just no muscle anywhere.

Or just walk. I'm a med surg nurse, and my co-worker's fitbits show an average of like 7 miles of walking a day. Has helped my calfs.

I do calf raises every training day.
Now, I had big calves to begin with but adding them every time I hit the gym made them engorged with blood, so they look even bigger.
Also, riding a bike, stairmaster, sprints and eat gud.
