Sup /fit/
I'm 6'16 ft and 198 lbs and i really want to get back my old shape.
1 year ago i got a job and since then i haven't been able to excercise, my schedule is:
Job 9am-5pm
College 5:40pm-10pm
I literally get home at 12 o'clock and i'm tired as fuck with bare energy left to finish my college projects. Plus the fact that spending time with my girlfriend does not allow me to practice or train even on weekends.
I'm seriously considering on doing it at 6am or 7 but i don't know if it's a good idea considering that because of college i get to bed like at 2am and partially quit smoking.
What do you guys recommend me to do?
