About 180 pounds, flabby.
I've decided to stop being a pathetic cunt, and start working out.

When working out, shouldn't quantity go above quality?
Muscle mass is built upon tissue forming upon the micro-tears in muscle, so if you lift less weight, but more times, you'd end up doing more light damage then if you're lifting a shitload but end up doing an unhealthy amount of damage. Right?
