What is some extremely important food that you should eat with every meal? I will start by saying garlic, onion and spicy sauce (or spicy red pepper or whatever). Also what is the consensus about eating mostly eggs?

It may be placebo but i feel hornier and more energized after having a lot of onions and garlic. Plus mad tasty too.
