will romaelos 3 have the same heel height as leistungs? also is there some kind of oly lifting rule about heel height or could someone raise it even more through cobbler?

I'm currently using a Reebok one that is from their crossfit line, but it's a pure WL shoe.

It's been great so far, very stable and hard, with a nice heel height for the lifts.

Romaleos 3 is T minus 5 days. And nah, unlikely. If you want an inch heel shoes instead of 3/4 that doesnt look weird you should go for the leistung 2.0 (pic related) they retail at about $25 less than the original leistung

3/4 inch is enough, 1 should be too much as I have goo mobility. I'm looking more for good stability and force transmission.
Also: How save is T minus 5? bc then I'd wait for the romaleo 2 to get cheaper.

Everything I've heard is that the toe is more flexible on adi powers vs the nikes Better for split jerks for lighter lifters, also the nikes are heavier and better for wide footed people, i can't tell you much about other shoes but I can tell you adi power lifts suck, my brother bought a pair and is now currently shopping for new shoes , wait for the new nikes to come out or take a look at the reebok legacys but I hear they are very heavy

Have a fun time getting some decent shoes bud, anything decent is gonna be way better then powerlifting, wait for the Nike 3s to come out to see if it's worth it over the 2s, if you wanna stick with 3/4 reebok legacys seems pretty good from what I've been hearing so far other then the fact that they weight so much but they are suppose to be more stable them nikes
