Budget running shoes

I always buy Brooks. If you're going to be running multiple times a week for 6+ months, then splurge for a good pair.

The real question here is: what style of running are you doing ? If forefoot/mid-foot then get inexpensive thin-soled shoes and be done with it. "Minimalist" shoes have harder soles and last longer so that's something to consider.

I'm 21, been running since I was 15 and I've spent around a grand on running shoes in my life

i dont recall the price but i fucking lose these shoes for not only running but theyre perfect for lifting too

if you really want to be woke as a runner, dont fall for the shoes that are pushed on normalfags with meme cushioning and shock absorbers and 3 inch sole

you want 0 drop (heel is not raised) and not too much cushioning

I've been using different Nike's that cost around 50-60 euros or so. Pretty good.

Asics would be much better, but I don't want to spend 200 euros on running shoes.

go for big names: brooks,asics, nike ecc and don't be cheap since they are the most important item when running.
cheap shoes will ruin your knees

used to run barefoot down country roads even on gravel even in spring with frost everywhere. just find something comfortable save your money, if it doesn't cut up/blister the back of your heel(which is why i switched to barefoot) then it will do
