About 4 months ago i started a diet, before i started my diet consisted of:
>No Breakfast
>Lunch - BLT Roll with a doughnut and chocolate milk
>Dinner - Fuckload of carbs with some decent greens and good meat
>Snacks - Lots of chocolate (I was a bad comfort eater, eating pizza every weekend)
Now, ive lost weight (didnt track because weight is subjective to body composition) dropped 10% bodyfat and gained muscle all over my body (not a lot, but i can see it and can feel its there when i exercise).
My diet now is:
>Breakfast - Scrambled eggs and beans on seeded bread with a glass of semi-skimmed milk and a banana
>No Lunch
>Dinner - Smaller portions, with an emphasis on less pasta and potatoes, more greens and meat.
i have never felt better, and its all thanks to /fit/ for giving the advice and knowhow and support that helped me push for this, and im still going for a better looking body.
