Guys I got a hemorrhoid and I don't know if it's from doing a max deadlift or not getting enough fiber. It feels like a knife is in my anus. Anyone know any tricks to speed up the healing? Google hasn't helped much.

Warm bath with epsom salts. Sit on a cushion. If its chronic (i.e. keeps coming back) then you might have to look into surgery. Are you sure it is a hemorrhoid and not an anal fissure (the later feels like you are shitting glass - usually with lots of blood).

Yes it's a hemorrhoid. I can shit fine, but getting up and walking is painful. I can't workout and it sucks.
