I try to do 5 different exercises each day. Back for example (no particular order) :
Closegrip puldown x5
Wide grip pull down x5
Wide grip/bent over row x5
Closegrip row x5
Rear delt cable flys (start with hands above shoulder end with hands below shoulder) x5
My rep range is generally 5-10 and I rest 1ish minute between sets. I'll start with what I know I can lift, and then increase until I can only get 5-6 and keep that weight until I finish the exercise. I'm generally at the gym 5 days a week for about 70-90mins at a time.
