The red stretchmarks are not yet permanent, but I'm not sure how to treat them specifically. Probably keep them moisturized, drink plenty of water, etc.

Stretch marks don't go away.
I've had the same stretch marks on my chest from lifting for about 7 years now (since junior year in HS). I've been smaller and larger, but they are always there.

Op here, They have gotten worse since I started bulking. Should I stop?

I hope it will get better with tan but that won't happen for another 6 months or so.

All my stretch marks have turned silver / gray and are only noticeable on my arm. The ones on my sides are much more flesh coloured (started by looking the same as OPs) so unless I tell others and they search carefully, they wont notice em.
