>Back+Biceps & Chest+Triceps ( & Legs+Delts)
or
>Back+Triceps & Chest+Biceps ( & Legs+Delts)
Which one is it, /fit/? I see people using both and none have been able to explain why one is better than the other.

I do PPL, so chest+shoulders+triceps & back+biceps & L
Back+Biceps & Chest+Triceps ( & Legs+Delts)
Ppl is the most brosplit style routine I'd ever be willing to do
Do chest tris delts/back bis/legs
You don't need to put delts on leg day, you're already training upper body at twice the frequency of your lower body (unless you do deads on pull day)
broslpit is bullshit propaganded by jews anyway

But WHY ppl and not back+tri? Can't you into reasoning?
Hey look, a containment thread for /fit/'s small, weak DYELs.

The working of muscle groups.
Pulls inherently tend to be more bicep dominant. If you did PPL, then you'd work chest/shoulder/tri, back/traps/bi, >>40014969
hams/calves/quads. If you did chest/bi, back/tri, you're working your biceps, used in pretty much all pulls, the next day. Assuming you did OHP, bench or dips, your tris would be fried.
Do PPL.

Compound chest and shoulder exercises usually have triceps as the secondary exercised muscles.
Im doing kind of brosplit
but first exercise on each day is small rep range deadlift squat or bench and on squat (leg + shoulders) i do overhead pressing
I really go for intensity during squat bench deadlift, and then rest of the exercises i more like accessories to those lifts with volume.
Its kind of fun.
Also on leg day i do sumo deadlift, after squats

Nigga please for the love of god just hop on the SS/SL train and add high-rep accessories at the end as a finisher.
Otherwise you're just wasting your time.

Those are PPL and brosplits are shit anyways. But the second option is actually better because allows better recovery and is more well-rounded.
Chest and shoulders
Back and shoulders
Biceps and Triceps
Legs and Abs
Bad idea to train triceps day before chest or biceps day after back etc etc etc you get it, not that hard.
Back Bi's / Chest Tri's / Legs / Delts
Day between back and legs, optimal deadlifts, delts not before/after back = hit some rear delts twice a week.
