I can't tell if its my mind fucking with me or not but I feel like I look fatter, even though my weight has stayed the same for a while now
All my clothes still fit too, and they don't feel any smaller
Haven't been to the gym in like 2 months if that factors into it
Is it possible to get fat without knowing it even though the scale said the same weight?

I just cant wrap my head around how eating the same and having the scale read the same weight could cause me to become fat with clothes on
I'd think I'd take up the same space but the composition of my body would change, as in I would look less toned but the physical size would be the same, so basically with clothes on I'd look identical
