Have a pair of olympic rings, but those things are hard as fuck. What else can I use to do dips? Not looking to acquire a dip station. Has to be something practical.

Look up a diy or go to a park I guess. I've seen something using pvc pipes.
two chairs facing away from eachother
I load weights into my lap and sit on the floor between 2 chairs.
Or folding walker.

I have a home gym in my garage but no dip station, I just use the barbell on the middle hooks of my squat rack and use my bench to put my feet up on.

Do ring push-ups until you can do ring dips negative and build up to it. Also build up to 60 sec ring turned out support hold and you'll be golden.
Get a power tower
Use it for dips among many other exercises
If you aren't doing ring dips for 10+ reps you shouldn't be doing dips at all. Get used to rings.
