I would do this but add like 200 calories of frozen assorted veggies for micronutrients and it's good ur taking a multivitamin. Kokkomen makes a really good stir fry sauce with 20 cals\tbs which is so good on microwaved frozen veggies

It tastes pretty decent, but you have to let it sit for a bit at room temperature to soften. Good with some wheat germ as well.
