Ive been lifting for almost 15 months and i still look dyel

sucks to lift as natty with that height. i'm 5'11 182lbs with about 215 bench, 280 squat, 400 dl.
Would focus on back with some isoltion on you'r traps to get off that dyel look. Deadlifts would be something you need to do more and improve. Also incline bench press. You should also do some core muscle workouts like memeroller or something like that. Deadlifts will also improve your core.
And also cut before summer to 10-13% and you will be golden!
