1 banana
1 Core Power light chocolate shake

>Lunch
1 medium baked chicken breast
1 cup cooked brown rice
.5 cup baked broccoli w/olive oil and parmesan cheese

>Dinner
2 cups slow-cooked steel cut oats w/cinnamon and blueberries
1 cup cottage cheese
.5 cup low-fat greek yogurt

What would roughly be my total caloric intake if this was my daily routine? I'm 5'9" 270 lb. male and I'm worried that what I'm calculating for my tdee and my meals isn't accurate. I dropped ~20 pounds in about 2.5 months but am already stalling. Though I did just start SL 5x5 as well, so that should help.

Sure thing bud.

Basically you fast for 16 hours and eat during a window of 8 hours.

What I do; wake up around 8-9 am, have black coffee and drink a lot of water and don't eat anything until 1,2 or even 3pm. Then you eat whatever, whenever until 8-9pm. I prefer one big meal and some smaller meals, but it doesnt really matter that much. Repeat this process.

It's been proven that during the fast the body will burn fats more effectively. After a week you're adjusted to IF, you're not as hungry in the mornings as before and might be even alerter.

Remember that number one thing is amount of calories.

Not banana. banana's cause constipation which lead to bloating, apples have fiber
