My breathing is generally on point so it’s just that, heavy controlled exhaling. I do often swear during 1rm attempts or the very last few myoreps when doing them though. No preference in swear words, but I’m half polish so the occasional kurwa is always nice.

It depends on how hard the set is. If I'm fresh off, it's usually just regular breathing. If I'm pretty tired and it's like curls or something, I sound like I'm angrily enjoying a sandwich "Mmmmh!". If it's a 1rm and I'm really struggling with the weight, it's some powerful grunting that goes in like I'm quietly turning super saiyan.

Before you unrack the weight, breathe in and fill your chest. When you lift the bar up, this will prevent it from feeling like it's crushing you. Then lower the weight holding your breath, exhale as you raise it. Inhale as you lower the bar back down to your chest, exhale as you raise it. So on and so on.
