I have two eggs and a banana, it's also my breakfast since I get to the gym at 7am.
Is protein not that important before working out? Or at least not needed in typical doses?
Caffeine and fruit make sense, but no whey or easy digest protein before? Just after?
Instead of 30 carbs and 20 proton before amd after, would i be better off 30 crab and 0 proton before and 30crib and 40 probotos after- if I eat about 45 minutes before workout
