I'm not a math nerd, but I believe me bench pressing 80kg for 15 reps at 80kg body-weight makes me like 300% stronger than my brother/cousin in relative strength. Okay I made 300% up, but if any math nerd wants to do it, go ahead.

1.5X bodyweight is pretty solid after 2-3 years of training
1.75X bodyweight is really good in that same period, also pretty solid if you've been training for 3-4 years
2X bodyweight is goddamn impressive no matter who you are but may or may not be elite depending on your actual bodyweight
225 (aka lmao2pl8) for five reps is generally considered the *bare minimum* to be considered "strong". (in other words, the "2" in 1/2/3/4.)
