Am personally on MadCow (after 2 years of training). Eating at maintenance/light cut (at 20% bodyfat so a little too fat for this look still). 30% Carbs, 40% Fats, 30% Protons. Lots of chicken, steak, and eggs.

Rare or medium rare. Salt, pepper, a dash of balsamic vinegar, olive oil. 3 - 5 mins on each side.
