I've been lifting for a year and a half and before that I was a cardiofag for years. Since I've started lifting I can't find the same motivation/energy to run as I used to. Before, after a meal, my body would immediately go into running mode and I would bounce off the walls if I didn't go out for a jog. Now I can't find the energy to move, even when I prepare and go out to run. I find myself quitting 1/4 into the run because there's no motivation, energy or want to keep going. Why is this happening?

you're out of shape and you don't like it.
Start doing sprints if you're tired of long distance running. Break up your routine.

>runner for years
>lifting 4 times a week
Yeah. Out of shape. K.
What difference does sprinting make?

You just don't have the energy to run as much anymore, retard. What the fuck do you think is happening to your body? Maybe eat more or something, fuck.
You could also try riding a bike for cardio

Working out regularly doesn't make me out of shape. And I don't run out of glucogen because I know how that feels from my cardio years. I already eat enough so that's not the problem.

the fuck is that picture?

Looks like a big drain or pump or something. It gives me a weird sense of anxiety and dread.
Look up thalassophobia if you're interested.

If you're lifting 4 times a week your body might not be recovering fast enough for you to feel 100% to run the distance you are used to. You're doing damage to your body by lifting, it's repaired by rest and diet.
Are you resting/eating enough on your workout days?
It really just comes down to you being a pussy, and not fully grasping the fact that lifting is harder on your body than running.
Also,
sprinting(anaerobic) >running(aerobic)
