>figure I'll clean it and walk it over to rack it for squats
>make it to the rack
>wake up on the floor from the concrete hitting skull
Everything smells funny and I feel afraid. I'm doing squats right now then deadlift but what do I do now that I'm concussed I don't want to make my family worried
How the fuck did you hurt yourself racking
I got concussed yesterday, metal pole fell on my head. Just a bit of a daze and a massive lump on my forehead.
I was fine, you'll be fine. Call an ambulance if one pupil gets bigger than the other and you start throwing up, that could mean intracranial haemorrhage.

Stop fucking exercising and go to a doctor either tomorrow or emergency if anything gets worse before tomorrow

I was walking sideways into the rack with the bar cleaned luckily racked it before falling I guess don't remember anything but the skull hitting. I do it all the time I want trying to pull a crazy 1rm out anything, just moving the weights /bar

You'll be okay but probably a little less than what you were before the concussion, just make sure you don't overwork yourself for at least 2 or 4 weeks. Maybe deload or take a break from doing anything that requires heavy concentration for at least a week if you want to play it safe. People get concussions all the time but the ones who get better had let themselves recover properly.
