Anyone use the Rehbabd knee sleeves? I'm looking into getting them but I'm wondering about the size. I have 37cm knees and the medium say 35-37 and the large are 37-39cm. Should I get large so I have room to grow into them as I gain muscle or get medium because they're supposed to be tight and snug?
Get the extra small or don't get them at all.

you aren't going to gain mass at your fucking knee cap numbnuts. you want these things to be TIGHT so they support your knees. plus they will stretch out eventually anyways. once they are loose they are useless

So medium?

Unless your a power lifter, which idk you could be, or have unstable knees already, I wouldn't get them at all, you don't want your knees to rely on them for support, they should be able to stabilize themselves unless like I said, you are lifting really really heavy or have knee problems. I tore my ACL a year ago and I'm just getting back to where I was, I don't use any knee supports because I want my knee to stabilize themselves if that makes sense. It sounds counter intuitive but any wraps like that can actually make your knees worse if you don't need them. But idk you could need them

this. unless you suffer from chronic knee pain or have some condition, it's best to man the fuck up and lift without assistance

But you will gain mass on your thighs and hopefully your calves, I got the 3mm ones and recently after a bulk, they wouldn't fit over my thighs. Good thing is I compete at a lower weight class so when I cut it fits fine, but if your goal is to get big, I say go for large

dude sleeves, especially like the ones OP posted dont stabilize shit, they are made to keep your knees warm so you dont get injured if its colder
wraps do

Neither, get small ones.
