r/fitness please help me out, whenever i eat protein powder i can't shit if my life depended on it. I wanna make gains and get big and eat my whey powder, but i cant handle having this feeling. I normally take ruler-long shits atleast once a day, but after starting whey powder, im shitting out rabbitlike poo pebbles. No i am not lactose intolerant and i know for sure its the whey powder causing it. Wat do?

i 2 scoop in 500ml water, and drink another 500ml-1L on top

Kek don't buy prunes or expensive Metamucil. Drink water (a couple glasses before bed and at wake up will do wonders) and eat an apple in the afternoons.
