Hey /fit doctors. I get a sharp tearing/tingling feeling in pic related whenever I lift heavy on bench. It doesn't necessarily hurt, it doesn't sting or anything, but it certainly makes me rack it earlier than usual because it is very uncomfortable. It feels like a tendon or a flexor or something. Should I be concerned?

I actually do have a bitch grip. My forearms get more of a workout than my lats when I do pulldowns, but this is a bit different. Feels more like a tendon problem than a strength problem.
I get a similar pain but after I let go of the bar. What do?
Adjust your grip/form. Make sure your knuckles are pointing up to the ceiling and not towards your head.
