Read the last few pages of this thread to get some ideas, it's a local car forum but there will be some info on gyms in there, some which may be close to where you're living

A lot of gyms here are full of people who go to the gym just to tell others that they go to the gym. I would avoid Club 16 and Steve Nash fitness, both are decent enough gyms but always busy and filled with idiots.

Welcome to Vancouver, it's a great place to live if you can afford it, most of the lower mainland is in that aspect.

Pretty much everything you might need. Only 2 squat racks though but I usually never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for one to open up during peak hours.

People are also pretty nice so if you don't feel like waiting you can just ask to work in
