WHY CANT I DISCIPLINE MYSELF
I get this huge burst of energy to get fit, then after 10-20 minutes of working out, I just give up and start procrastinating like I am right now. Also any time i get these bursts of energy, they're always at like 2am

Just gotta find a way to go. It's like going to class or going to work. You may not want to go, but you go anyway.
You're just a dumb normie who doesn't have it in him to do whatever it takes.
Once you get going you will have the opposite feeling. You will become obsessive and pissed for missing a day.
