With the Big Guy Project I will attempt to substantiate my belief that significant and regular progress on overhead The Press can be achieved (without even having to go up in bodyweight) by using modest increments at a regular pace.
By the end of the next twenty weeks I plan to be overhead The Pressing 10lbs over my bodyweight for 10 reps.
