The former but Hotels are only best for short term stays anyway, after a while it becomes cheaper to get an apartment

Why would you. One with a kitchen is $100 minimum. That's 3 grand a month, you can get a pretty nice house at $3,000.

You'll need to keep paying to stay there and after a certain time which I'm nosute if its up to the state or the hotel it becomes an official place of residence and they can't evict you
