it's unreasonable to prescribe someone with a certain body type to change a certain way or else they'll face expulsion. if a doctor finds that someone is overweight and they recommend losing weight by light exercise and eating a recommended amount of calories, fine. the same is true for when someone is underweight, recommending an increased calorie intake is fine. when you threaten either group with expulsion from school if they can't meet their healthy weight, that's stupid.

It's very strange. I was fit right out of high school and didn't appreciate it at all, I just had the right habits and just "happened" to be fit, I didn't work for it.

Actually a weird story... you know how when you stand up too fast after sitting or lying down for a period of time and all the blood rushes to your head and you feel a little dizzy?

That was happening to me, but like literally every time I stood up. No matter how slow I got out of my chair, no matter how composed I was to ease into a standing position, each time I got up I would be fine for 5 seconds, and then experience a huge dizzy spell for 5 seconds before things returned to normal. It seriously fucked me up because I get up, think I was fine and then lose all equilibrium as my brain spun out of reality. It was I did 6 shots of vodka in a row for all of 5 seconds, it was crazy. I'd have to learn to stand up, grab onto something and wait 15s before continuing with what I was doing. One night I was drinking some wine, got up from my chair, walked into the kitchen and grabbed the bottle out of the fridge, because I was drinking I couldn't register that I was getting dizzy and I seriously fell flat on my ass and knocked the bottle over, it was like 1 minute i was up and the next minute I was on my back on the floor thinking how did I get here, my sister saw and thought I feinted, my mum ran out yelling 'get him into bed'.

My parents thought the ketogenic (no carb) diet was causing me to have 'feinting spells', my friends thought it was because of the lazy way I sat in my chair, with my legs elevated above my body so the blood rush made me dizzy, but deep down I knew it was the 1L of coke zero i was drinking each day. However, i ONLY got dizzy when I drank the coke zero from the bottles. When I switched to drinking it from the aluminium cans I never got dizzy again. Weird.

Long story short, dont drink 1-2 quarts of diet soda a day.
