Hey /fit/
I moved abroad to work in a care center and thought I had to give up lifting for a while. But I found out that there is a "gym" (pic related). There is only a few things here, so it would Be nice with some ideas for a routine
Stuff:
-barbell
-dumbbell
-weights
-pull-up bar (on a door, so my feet touches the ground)
-bench, without place to put barbell
-mirror, minus the squat rack
-ab-roller
-boxing gloves
Jesus Christ op where are you working?

your setup really isn't that bad, assuming there are pl8s somewhere out of frame. you can do just about any BB strength routine with a few changes:
(1) Floor press instead of bench.
(2) Front squats instead of back squats. You're going to have to clean the weight up and that will probably be the limiting factor in how much you can move, but you can get a good quad workout in regardless, especially if you're not used to front squats.
(3) You're also going to have to clean up into OHP, but that's not really an issue. Most people can clean what they press.
With those changes, you can do SS/Texas/something more complex. As long as you have a barbell and are willing to learn how to clean you're in good shape.

Sorry OP, I'm afraid you will over to do over 9000 reps of close and wide grip bench pressing.

South Africa, this was their entire public health budget for 2017
first thing, you need to buy a rack for the barbell, so you can bench, also you don't need much more, you can do bench, ohp, deadlifts, barbell shit, curls, skullcrushers, rows, even a clean+front squat

There are only dumbbell weights, so lots of 2.5-5 kilos and a few 10 kilos. Never tried front squad before, thank you for the advice. And yes, a castle
