I do 5/3/1 Big but boring. Bench days I do my bench 5/3/1 sets then 5x10 @ 50% of dumbbell bench. OHP day I do my 5/3/1 sets then just more ohp for 5x10 @ 50% of the weight which is currently 70lbs. I think my shoulders are from a combination of doing a shitton of pullups/chinups back in the day and OHP probably being my favorite exercise
