i started 2 months ago.
i dropped 10 kg so far to 74kg. now its just figuring out how low i need to go i am thinking another 5 kg.
after that i can go on a maintenance for a while to see what my TDEE has become. then maybe a slight slow bulk or transition into the rapid fast diet to get to 8%
