Looking to gain 25-30 pounds as quick as possible. Besides MAAD, are there any other things I can do to quickly put on weight? Currently weigh 130 at 6'0.

Obviously eat more. Also eat more frequently.
If, like me you have trouble with appetite it helps to exercise early in the day to stimulate it.
I have ordered some mk677 online and apparently it makes your appetite shoot through the roof, but haven't got it yet so can't vouch for it. Looking forward to it though.

I'm your exact height and started at 125. I used IIFYM and these helped:
>gainer shakes (if not poor)
>olive and avocado oil in all prepared meals
>minimize sugar
>carbs and lots of them
I haven't weighed myself recently, but i put on 45 lbs by starting with 3200 kcal / day and ramping up to 4000 (over time TDEE increased because built muscle).
