Well thats simple. You're going to need to get your current weight. Determine your TDEE if you were to not do anything all day. Then track the calories you take in for a given amount of time, let's say one week then at the end of that week weigh yourself again. The difference in bodyweight from start to finish while also taking into consideration your TDEE should give you what you burn per day.
It's simple math, man. Remove all the variables to solve for X.
